Small Group Energy Healing

Service Description

At the time of the group session, we'll have a short chat. I'll tell you what to expect and answer any questions you may have. If you are camera shy and do not wish to be on camera, that is ok. Your camera does not need to be on for it to work. Afterward, we can discuss anything you might have felt, what to expect in the coming days, and if anyone has any questions. I'll channel energy to you personally and for the group for whatever issues you specify for approximately 45 minutes. You don't need to be sitting or lying down with your eyes closed for it to work, but it will help you be more aware of the physical sensations, so I highly recommend it. I also highly recommend planning not to do anything the rest of the day as it can make some people tired afterward. Needing to take a long nap after a session is common with a 1:1. It's not that way for everyone, of course, but plan your day accordingly. Resting after a session is greatly encouraged, regardless. Within 24 hours after the session, I'll email you a regular and extra strength (3x) recording of the session for you to have and use as many times as you want in the future. Energy in the group video will be more specifically tailored for you compared to the group ones I do on YouTube and Facebook so please use them.
